In addition, Ervin was instrumental in the acquisition of Medicaid.com which was sold to United Healthcare Group and was responsible for the negotiations and ultimate sale of Medicare.com to eHealth Insurance (NASD: EHTH). Ervin holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Wallis is the Founder of IMAC Regeneration Center of Kentucky which opened in August 2000 and has been a licensed chiropractor in Kentucky since 1998, during which he established the first Integrated Medicine and Chiropractic ("IMAC") Regeneration Center. During this time, Wallis has implemented consistent operating efficiencies for all IMAC clinics. Wallis holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University.
